John Richards, Steve Daley and Geoff Palmer visited the Compton Care charity recently to hear more about the £2,000 donation made by Wolves FPA following last year’s Golf Day.
The donation has paid for six nebulisers for use on the inpatient unit, an IV pump for staff to use on community visits, 12 blankets for the inpatient unit and some arts and crafts equipment for use on art therapy. Compton Care staff chatted through how the equipment works.
Incredibly, one of the patients at the Living Well session that the guys visited, used to be Geoff Palmer’s boot boy! Steve Cousins and Geoff, both pictured here, caught up nearly half a century after first meeting at Molineux.

Compton Care are an incredible charity doing such invaluable work and the FPA remain proud to be able to support them both with fundraising and by visiting the Living Well sessions. Huge thanks to all who attended our golf day whose support has played a part in this donation.
The FPA continue to support several different local charities doing important work across the community.
